1、 Careful cleaning and cleaning to ensure the cleanliness of computer car parts is the basis to ensure the assembly quality and extend the service life of computer car. In particular, the shaft sleeve, bearing, oil pump and parts with rotating and swinging parts should be cleaned carefully.

2、 If the assembly of various shaft parts is not clean, it will cause excessive temperature rise of the shaft sleeve and heavy transmission torque. In serious cases, it will cause serious faults such as "bite" due to accelerated wear of debris, which will affect the overall performance of the machine.

3、 All the parts of computer car after surface treatment such as baking paint and electroplating have adhesive layer on the assembly joint surface (including hole, groove, plane and screw hole). Therefore, before assembly, such parts must be first processed according to the technical requirements, and then assembled and blended;

4、 If the assembly does not meet the technical requirements, the computer car will not work properly. The incorrect positions of parts and mechanisms also affect the performance of the computer car.

5、 The computer car with poor assembly quality has low precision, poor performance, loud noise, heavy torque and short service life; On the contrary, for some parts with low precision, after careful selection, assembly and precise adjustment, the equipment with better performance can still be assembled.
